Most orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. If it is a Bead Emergency (i.e. I have a craft fair tomorrow and I needed these beads last week), please let us know and we will do our best to process your order right away and you may choose expedited shipping.
Rates
There is a $1.00 handling fee for each domestic order processed and $2.00 for each international order processed. This helps to cover the cost of the labels, packaging and wrappings.
Standard Shipping rates are computed using the calculated weight of your order, rounded up to the nearest whole pound, and based on the actual published rates by our carriers.

Domestic
First Class Mail - Best value for smaller packages up to 13 ounces. Packages are delivered in an average of 1-3 days to any destination.
Priority Mail - Best value for larger packages, over 13 ounces and possibly expedited delivery for greater distances. Packages are delivered in an average of 1-3 days to any destination.
Express Mail - The fastest way to send packages that need to be there in a hurry. Packages are delivered in 1-2 days to any destination and next-day delivery is guaranteed by noon or 3 p.m. to many U.S. destinations. Packages are insured automatically up to $100 against loss or damage. Additional merchandise insurance is also available. - International

First-Class Mail International - Best value for smaller packages. Package delivery varies by destination.
Priority Mail International - Best value for larger packages and expedited delivery. Packages are delivered in an average of 6-10 days. Flat rate boxes and envelopes are available. Foreign Postal administrations ensure that your mail receives priority handling to all its destinations.
Express Mail International – A reliable high-speed mail service available to certain countries. Packages are delivered in an average of 3-5 days Insurance coverage against loss, damage, or rifling is provided up to $100 at no additional charge. Additional insurance coverage above $100 may be purchased at the sender's option.
Global Express Guaranteed - Global Express Guaranteed (GXG) is the premium international shipping option from the U.S. Postal Service with international transportation and delivery by FedEx Express. GXG offers date-certain delivery in 1-3 business days to more than 190 countries worldwide. Insurance covering up to $100 for loss, damage, rifling or document reconstruction is included at no additional charge. You can purchase additional insurance for covering loss, damage or rifling up to $2499 to most countries.> - Sales Tax

We are headquartered in Rhode Island and charge a 7% sales tax (as required by law) for orders shipped within the state of Rhode Island. We do not collect sales tax for orders shipped to addresses outside of Rhode Island.
- Return Policy

At Pinnacle Beads our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Refunds will be given for the full purchase price less the original handling/shipping charges if you paid for them or our actual handling and shipping charges if you received Free Shipping.
Exchanges will be given subject to any price adjustments and additional handling and shipping charges.
All undamaged, non-defective return items must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
Please contact our customer service at 401.308.8350 between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM Eastern Time, Mon – Fri, or send us an email at customerservice@pinnaclebeads.com, to obtain a return authorization number and return shipping instructions. All returned items should be sent via an insured courier with a tracking number, because we cannot be responsible for items that do not make it back to us or get damaged on the way. Please include our return authorization number on the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
However, if we made an error that requires a return, or an item is damaged or defective, we will gladly correct the mistake or problem by paying all of the charges to return the merchandise and to send out the correct or replacement merchandise.
